MEET LOUIS

Louis came to us little under 12 months ago, wanting to give up smoking, feel better, loose weight and ultimately achieve a strong body/ more positive state of mind. Needless to say he has achieved this! Loosing 10kg of body fat, increasing his muscle mass by 3.5kg and improving strength as much as 300% on some exercises. Louis has learnt a totally new skill set in the gym, and achieved incredible results. If you are reading this, perhaps wanting similar results get in touch and make a change.

MEET HILARY

Hilary joined Space Gym nearly 18 months ago after a successful fight with cancer and being challenged to a 10K race by her daughter. After several PT sessions with Mark, the 10K race was quickly forgotten and H developed a passion for lifting weights & building muscle. She said I had always been afraid of lifting heavy weights through fear of getting big & bulky, but with excellent nutrition guidance (I am now eating more than I have ever done!!), weekly PT sessions with Mark, group training & more recently through lockdown, daily Zoom classes, I am reaching these goals.
The care and level of service from everyone at Space is second to none. You’re not just a number swiping in each day ………. There is so much more to Space than just the gym, I would recommend to anyone who hasn’t done so already to either have a PT session or try one of the group sessions, you’ll be hooked like me!!

MEET FELIX AND LAURITA

After moving to Bear Flat in Bath last October Felix and Laurita were looking for a local gym. They had a plan for Felix to lose weight and Laurita gain weight, with the added bonus of a better physique. They said “Space Gym provided us with an incredible gym, amazing training and the warm feeling of being part of a family. The lockdown seemed to completely unaffect us too, as Space Gym quickly took their training online (@spacegymonline). We continued working hard throughout, training sometimes 6 days per week.”

MEET LIAM

Liam has been a member at Space Gym on and off since 2015. In the last year he has been a regular smiley face in the gym, coming around 5 days a week. He said “In the past 10 months I have managed to lose around 5 stone thanks to the Space team helping me with meal plans and workout routine.
However, the main reason I love Space Gym is to me it feels more like a place you go to not only workout, but to also see your friends! The team are like a little family and make you feel so at home. I cannot thank them enough for where I am today. Thank you so much Space Gym for being the rock I needed, to help me push through.”
