We  only collect information that is necessary to allow us to contact yourselves regarding

·      Covid-19 test and trace via the appointment system

·      Contacting you if gym appointments are unable to be attended

·      promote club events via email for users that opt-in to our mailing list.

·      Manage enquiries via the contact form on our contact page

Information collected includes your name, email address, telephone and message.

 

How is this personal data collected:

From you – by signing up to our services, filling in a contact form or making an appointment using our booking system

CCTV cameras – to ensure the safety and security of our members we have cameras throughout the gym, recording your image and movements whilst you are at Space.  

Social media platforms – we may collect data if you follow us on Instagram, Twitter or Facebook

 

Reasons we collect your data:

·      To ensure the safety and security of our members and other visitors who enter Space Gym

·      To collect information so we can keep you up to date with events and news, if you have opted in to our mailing list. You can opt out of our mailing list at any time.

·      To contact you if we believe you have been close contact with anyone that has tested positive for covid-19

·      We may share email marketing data with our email provider MailChimp

·      To ensure we can respond back to your enquires

 

The legal basis we have for using your information:

Our legitimate interest is to collect and process individuals data to ensure safety and security of individuals and provide an understanding service.  We will ask if members have any health or disability requirements when using our service. We understand this is sensitive data and we will only disclose this with healthcare professionals and our employees if consented by yourself.

 

If you do not want to share requested information with us:

We may not permit you to attend our premises, as this may put yourself and other members safety and security at risk.
