I'm a professional dancer, so have always had an active lifestyle. I fully understand and value the physical and mental health benefits of moving regularly!

I started as a member at Space to build strength to prevent and rehabilitate from injuries for dance. I have a particular interest in women's strength training, general alignment, flexibility and mobility training. I'd love to help others improve their fitness and happiness by getting into a sustainable routine that suits them!
