Work with Matilda over a 8 week period to become confident and comfortable in the gym, maximising your potential,  physically and mentally. Learn how to use the gym equipment, structure your workouts and optimise your experience, with the aim for the gym to be your happy place! 

Who’s it for?

Those who have never used a gym before, returning to a gym environment or lack confidence. You will be guided through a structured programme tailored to your fitness goals and needs, with an emphasis on building  your confidence. 

What’s included?

• Initial Consultation – establish your physical, nutritional and mental starting point, goals and plan of action to transform 

• 8 Week Programme consisting of 3 carefully designed workouts per week (1 delivered by Matilda and 2 self-led with the option of adding additional 1-1 sessions)

• 24/7 WhatsApp Support with Matilda to ask questions or answer queries

• Mid-Way and Final Review to assess progress

• The opportunity to create your most confident and comfortable self in a gym environment.

Do you want to be stronger, fitter, stable and mobile, Drop body fat? Build muscle ? whilst getting healthier and learning new skills? Strength and conditioning isn't just for the elite athletes amongst us or those who want to get more athletic we will work closely on the 4 pillars of fitness; strength, aerobic capacity, flexibility and balance. Whether you’re just starting out your fitness journey, or a seasoned pro who wants to learn more complex skills, or to work on getting better at a sport, or simply want to carry the shopping home without aches and pains. A strength and conditioning programme is exactly what you need. From foundations and fundamentals to more advanced movement will tailor a plan based on you, your experience & goals. This 8 week programme will decrease your risk of injury and increase bone health, strength, fitness and mobility. Build a more athletic body that functions well and become the best version of yourself!
