Hilary joined Space Gym nearly 18 months ago after a successful fight with cancer and being challenged to a 10K race by her daughter. After several PT sessions with Mark, the 10K race was quickly forgotten and H developed a passion for lifting weights & building muscle. She said I had always been afraid of lifting heavy weights through fear of getting big & bulky, but with excellent nutrition guidance (I am now eating more than I have ever done!!), weekly PT sessions with Mark, group training & more recently through lockdown, daily Zoom classes, I am reaching these goals.
The care and level of service from everyone at Space is second to none. You’re not just a number swiping in each day ………. There is so much more to Space than just the gym, I would recommend to anyone who hasn’t done so already to either have a PT session or try one of the group sessions, you’ll be hooked like me!!
